Get a copy of your lease
You can get a copy of your lease from:
- the solicitor who helped you buy the property
- your mortgage provider
- the Land Registry
Get a copy from the Land Registry
Send form OC2 to the Land Registry.
They will send you a copy of the lease in the post.
The fee varies depending on how you apply. It's currently £11 per copy for postal applications or £7 if you apply online. Check the latest fees and payment methods on the Land Registry website.
