Temporary changes to our advice service
We are introducing a new system to help us support leaseholders more effectively.
From 25 August, our advice service will have reduced availability for a short time. You can still submit a request, but responses may take longer than usual.
During this period, we will prioritise people who are vulnerable.
Thank you for your patience while we make these changes, which will help us provide a better service.
Before you start
We can help if you own a leasehold flat or house in England or Wales. We cannot advise freeholders or organisations.
