- Age UK – a charity that provides advice, information and services to older people
- BrumLAG – a voluntary group of leaseholders affected by cladding and building safety issues in Birmingham and the West Midlands
- Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) – provides advice and training for housing providers
- Citizens Advice – free, independent advice on topics including legal issues, money, work, housing and family
- Elderly Accommodation Council – a charity providing free advice on housing for older people
- End Our Cladding Scandal – a resident-led campaign covering cladding and building safety
- Federation of Private Residents’ Associations (FPRA) – a voluntary organisation providing advice for residential leaseholders, tenants and residents’ associations
- Leasehold Knowledge Partnership (LKP) – campaigning leaseholder charity and the secretariat of the All Party Parliamentary Group on leasehold and commonhold reform
- Leeds Cladding Scandal – a group of leaseholders in Leeds affected by cladding and building safety
- Money Helper – a government service providing free advice on money, debt, benefits and pensions

- Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) – promotes standards and ethics in management of retirement housing, and publishes an approved code of practice for landlords and managing agents
- Building Societies Association – a membership organisation for building societies
- Conveyancing Association – a membership organisation and regulator that aims to support best practice in conveyancing
- Law Society – a professional body for solicitors, which provides a database of solicitors
- National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) – a membership organisation for private residential landlords
- Propertymark – a professional and regulatory body for letting agents
- The Property Institute (TPI) – a professional body for residential property managers
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) – a professional body for surveyors, which provides a database of surveyors

- Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) – membership association for leasehold professionals, regulating its members
- Community Housing Cymru (CHC) – membership body for housing associations in Wales
- Home Owners Alliance – organisation providing advice and services for homeowners
- National Leasehold Group (NLG) – an independent networking group for senior leasehold managers and practitioners in housing associations and local authorities

- Advocate – a charity that finds free legal assistance from volunteer barristers
- BPP University pro bono unit – free legal advice and support from volunteer BPP students, with guidance from qualified lawyers

- Civil Mediation Council mediator search – a search facility for finding a mediator
- Housing Ombudsman Service – free, independent service for dealing with complaints about local authorities, housing associations, and other members that have joined its scheme
- First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) – independent tribunal that resolves disputes about property and land in England
- Legal Ombudsman – free, independent service for dealing with complaints about legal service providers
- Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman – free, independent service for dealing with complaints about councils
- The Property Ombudsman – free, independent service for dealing with complaints about property businesses such as agents
- Property Redress – free, independent service for dealing with property complaints
- Residential Property Tribunal Wales – independent tribunal that resolves disputes about property and land in Wales
