We currently publish annual data. Our data is being further developed, and we plan to introduce quarterly updates in future.

Operational overview (January 2025 to December 2025)

  • Total website visitors: 1.4 million active users
  • Total enquiries completed: 21,600
  • Top enquiry topic: service charges (31% of all enquiries)

The total enquiry volume fell by approximately 28% year over year, from 29,800 in 2024 to 21,600 in 2025.

Service charges, management, and disrepair remained the top 3 enquiry topics, and have continued to be the main drivers of engagement over the past 2 years.

Insight reports

Our regular series of insight reports highlight emerging trends in the issues raised by consumers, helping improve understanding across the housing sector and supporting residents to make informed decisions.

Insight report: Redress (February 2026)

Our report spotlights how the complexity of the leasehold redress system is deterring leaseholders from pursuing and resolving complaints. Survey data shows that many are not escalating complaints because the process seems too time-consuming and too stressful. The current system is not always joined up to support consumers and can be ineffective.

Insight report: Sale blocking on park home sites (November 2025)

Drawing on approximately 1,000 direct enquiries, our data shows that pitch fees remain the most frequent concern, followed by disrepair and utilities. Questions about buying and selling a park home also feature prominently, including cases where residents report difficulties completing a sale.
