I am writing to request fire safety information relating to the building.
Article 21A of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the responsible person for a building containing two or more sets of domestic premises to give residents comprehensible and relevant information about specified fire safety matters.
Please provide:

- information about the preventive and protective measures
- the name of the responsible person and a UK address at which the responsible person, or someone acting on their behalf, will accept notices and other documents
- information identifying any person appointed to assist with making or reviewing the fire risk assessment
- information identifying any person nominated to implement measures for firefighting in the premises
- information about any relevant risks of which another responsible person has informed you under Article 22
- any other information required to be provided to residents under Article 21A or applicable regulations
Separately, I would also be grateful if you would provide me with a copy of the current fire risk assessment.
Please confirm that you have received this request and provide the information within a reasonable time. I would be grateful for a response within 21 days of this letter.
If you consider that you cannot provide any of this information, please explain why in writing.
