How to request a repair

If your building needs a repair that your landlord is responsible for, contact them as soon as possible and ask them to arrange the repair.

Your landlord or managing agent may have a process for reporting repairs that you can use.

Put your request in writing, with the date, and keep a copy. Describe the problem and tell them if it’s urgent.
