On 17 January 2024 LEASE staff attended a meeting at the headquarters of the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC), to discuss plans and leasehold reform.
Lee Rowley, Minister of State for Housing, Planning and Building Safety, spoke to LEASE staff about how much he valued the service, particularly the advice provided to park home residents in his constituency.
Martin Boyd, LEASE Chair, outlined his hopes and vision for the year ahead, and long term.
Colleagues from DLUHC then joined the meeting to hear the views of LEASE staff on the Leasehold Reform Bill currently before Parliament.
LEASE staff also met with the new LEASE Chief Executives, Sally Frazer and Alice Bradley, who will be job-sharing the role.
