About the speakers:
Nicholas Kissen is a solicitor with over twenty years experience both in private practice and the public sector. Nicholas is a regular speaker at property professional events and in addition sits on the Green Deal Maximising Energy Efficiency in Buildings Forum. He also contributes regular articles to leading property publications.
Naomi Raymond is a solicitor with 8 years’ post qualification experience in all aspects of property law. She has a background in private practice and specialised primarily in commercial property as well as residential conveyancing. Naomi has worked with LEASE for over 2 years and has developed a strong knowledge of leasehold law and property management. She is an experienced legal trainer and has provided training to various housing authorities, housing associations and other professional bodies. As well as advising on all aspect of leasehold and enfranchisement law, Naomi is involved in the company’s social media plan and regularly contributes articles to the LEASE website.
