Dear Customers,
The UK and global effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 is presenting tough choices for public service providers like LEASE. We are all following daily developments closely – prioritising the health and wellbeing of our staff, colleagues and families.
Our contingency plans are in place to ensure that our customers receive our service with minimal disruption. Our plans will ensure the continuity and level of service that we provide to help you receive the advice that you need as leaseholders and park home owners.
- As part of our business continuity plan our staff already have the facility to work from home.
- We are not undertaking face to face meeting but using video conferencing wherever possible instead to remove the need for face-to-face meetings and travel.
- We are advising that if staff are suffering symptoms described in the latest NHS guidance , they should stay at home so we can minimise the risk of any infection.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and your co-operation and understanding is appreciated during this time. Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19 you may be assured we will be doing everything we can to support our staff and customers, with the least possible interruption to service delivery.
