Fire risk assessment (FRA)

A suitable and sufficient review undertaken of a building to assess it for fire risk, and, where necessary, provide recommendations to make it safer if need be.

It is required by Paragraph 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and it is down to the Responsible person to make sure the building has a valid FRA.
