We are delighted today to be publishing LEASE’s Annual Business Plan for 2025/26. Over the past year, LEASE has undergone a significant transformation, welcoming a new Chair and expert Board, and bringing in fresh expertise to drive fundamental change. We have begun an ambitious digital transformation, modernising our website and support services, and implementing new systems to create a more efficient and effective organisation.
This is a pivotal moment for LEASE, as we respond to new priorities set by the Minister for Housing and Planning and support the implementation of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024. Our focus over the next year and beyond is to empower leaseholders, shared owners, commonholders, and park homeowners to understand and manage their homes, through improved digital services, greater awareness, and enhanced use of insights and data.
We are proud of the strong foundations we have built and are committed to making LEASE a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation with public service and specialist expertise at its core. We look forward to working collaboratively with staff, partners, and government to deliver on this plan and support leaseholders, shared homeowners and commonholders across the country.
