The government has published a consultation paper – ‘Tackling unfair practices in the leasehold market’ – seeking views on, amongst other things, its proposals to end the use of leasehold tenure for new build houses. Leaseholders are encouraged to respond. Join us in this webinar giving background information on the proposals, to help you make an informed contribution to the consultation.
The consultation closes on 19th September and responses can be submitted through an online survey.
