On 25th October, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) published its estimate of the number of leasehold dwellings in England in 2016-17. The release presents an estimate of the number of leasehold dwellings in England in 2016 to 2017. It follows earlier releases, in April and September 2017.
The table below summarises the latest data compared with 2015-16.

The statistics are again published as Experimental Official Statistic. The methodology is subject to evaluation and testing.
