An interview with Chris Sykes. Chris is a solicitor and partner in Sykes Anderson LLP. He is the author of the Law Society’s book ‘Leasehold Enfranchisement and the Right to Manage’. Chris has written numerous articles on enfranchisement and is a regular speaker at seminars on the subject.
As well as dealing with technical matters, Chris has considerable experience of the practical and commercial issues which arise on enfranchisement claims.
