New Chief Operating Officer of Leasehold Advisory Service appointed

I am pleased to announce that Justin Kenny has started as LEASE’s Chief Operating Officer.

Justin has over 15 years of Commercial, Operational and Financial Service experience. He was the Global Banking M&A lead at Santander Bank team during the takeover of Abbey Bank; a country Chief Operating Officer in Kazakhstan and Qatar for HSBC; a Director of Mortgage Operations for Banco Sabadell; the Director of the Government’s £9BN equity loan portfolio; and recently the interim COO of the Money and Pensions Service.

Justin is a Master Blackbelt in Six Sigma and Lean and holds advanced degrees in Business and Systems from the University of Oxford and Cornell School of Engineering respectively.

Justin said, “It is a wonderful opportunity to join LEASE and I look forward to working with the various supporting government departments and the broader market to continue the transformation of our service offering.”
