LEASE is delighted to announce that Anna Tomasik, LEASE Legal Adviser, has won a Customer Commitment award, against competition from 20,000 other individuals from around the world. Anna won the award through being consistently professional, positive, showing initiative and generally giving service above and beyond what was expected.
LEASE is staffed by similarly-minded, legally qualified professionals who provide free information, initial legal advice and guidance to members of the public about residential leasehold and park homes law.
LEASE is a member of the WOW! Awards – an employee recognition and engagement scheme which through recognising those employees who have given excellent customer service, enables us to improve our service to our customers.
Nominations for awards are independently assessed and once a year, at a Gala Event, awards are granted to organisations and to individuals who have excelled in a particular category.
LEASE was delighted to have been nominated in the 2018 national WOW!! Awards as a finalist in two categories:
- Customer Commitment – an individual award, and
- Quality Service Provider of the Year (Small Business) – an organisational award.
There were over 20,000 nominations, covering organisations and people from around the world, and 40 finalists.
