Come and hear members of the Law Commission team speak about the Commission’s recent Consultation Paper, and help contribute to the debate.

The Consultation Paper sets out provisional proposals for reform of the law of enfranchisement, including the introduction of a new, single enfranchisement regime for leaseholders of houses and flats. It also examines options to reduce the price payable by leaseholders.
