Government consults on Right to Enfranchise (RTE) provisions in Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002
The government has released its consultation paper on the Right to Enfranchise (RTE) provisions in the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. The government seeks views as to how RTE could be dealt with including the proposal for non-implementation and repeal. Closing date for submissions is 3rd August.
