New section - Top Issues at LVT
LEASE is pleased to announce more online help for our customers through the addition of a new section to our website: Top issues at the LVT. This section contains a summary of some of the key issues regarding service charges and the Right to Manage that customers raise with LEASE when considering an application to a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. We have summarised the questions we’re asked the most often and sought to highlight why the issue is important, provided references to the relevant law, the main points you may need to consider and also cases that may help you understand how the issue has been addressed by the courts and tribunals.
