Houses advice guide updated
Since 1967 leaseholders of houses have been able to buy the freehold subject to meeting certain conditions. This is a process called enfranchisement. Updated to reflect developments in the law, our advice guide “Houses - Qualification and Valuation” is required reading for anyone interested in enfranchisement of houses.
